In this rare single family home, located waterfront in the Isla Iguana neighborhood of the Puerto Vallarta Marina, we blended a mix of restoration and renovation.
In this video what you see as two large rooms used to be a choppy mess of 3 rooms and small connecting hallways. We completely replaced all of the windows and doors with CPVC frames and 9mm tempered. We added all new marble countertops and backslashes. All of the millwork and the original Marble flooring in the home was meticulously restored back to its original condition, which created a nice blend with the old and new. All of the electrical installations were replaced and enhanced to accommodate modern technologic demands. On the walls we removed the original “rough” strayed-on finish and applied a white cement mix
In the backyard, we did a full pool restoration, added two fountains to it, replaced the pumps, and heater and added maintenance free astroturfing and re-landscaped the entire property.
