This relatively new construction home had all of the bones needed to add an additional floor, and that’s just what we did. The homeowners asked us to build them an art studio, a new bathroom, and an outdoor entertaining space where they, and their guests, can enjoy the spectacular jungle and sea views. Walking up to what was once a barren rooftop, you know enter into the lobby which connects you to both the front and rear terraces, the bathroom and art studio. On the main terrace, the outdoor kitchen is comprised of natural quartzite and solid Parota millwork. There’s even an electronic blind the goes down to protect the kitchen area from dust when not in use. The perimeter wall features 20+ lighting installations and is a combination of celosia and tempered glass. The art studio has five different workspace areas and and industrial sink for cleaning art supplies. Off of that room are an additional two terraces that have sweeping Jungle views.
